About You & The RoleAs a Client Success Manager, you\βll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional account management to a diverse range of partners, from large financial organisations and government departments to innovative tech start-ups. You\βll be responsible for the day-to-day relationship with clients, ensuring their strategic educational programmes are delivered smoothly and effectively.
You will manage communications, align expectations and track delivery goals with each client. A key part of your role will be creating and sharing quarterly impact reports, gathering and acting on client feedback and identifying opportunities for account growth and renewal. This is a great role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys working collaboratively across internal teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
General Skills
Proven experience in a client/customer facing role, e.g., account management
Strong relationship building skills with a proactive, solutions focused mindset
Excellent communication skills, with a warm, confident and approachable presentation style
Experience managing multiple projects at once, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using data and feedback to drive decision-making and improve results
Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM system is a plus
Experience in recruitment or education providers or other similar industries is a plus
What You\βll Be Working On
Managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their objectives are met with care and precision
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor
Creating and delivering impact reports that communicate outcomes and value clearly
Supporting client retention and identifying opportunities for account growth and upsell
Working closely with the wider Client Success team to ensure seamless client delivery
Presenting insights, learnings and client feedback to internal stakeholders
Acting as the first point of contact for client queries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
Contributing to team-wide projects and process improvements across the Client Success function
Keeping HubSpot and internal tracking tools up to date and supporting reporting needs

Benefits
Salary: Β£33,000 β Β£40,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + commission
Annual leave: 20 days + 7 days over Christmas + 1 Special Occasion Day (+ 8 bank holiday days). Optional: Buy or sell 3 days of holiday, 1 Giving back day, option to work 2 days over the festive period and get additional days back.
Parental leave: 16 weeks full pay for the primary caregiver, 6 weeks full pay for the secondary caregiver. Phased return to the office for the primary caregiver (work for 4 days at full pay for 2 months).
Flexible working: Our working hours are 9.30am β 5.30pm. Opportunity to work from abroad for up to 90 days a year.

6% matched pension: CFG will match your pension contribution up to 6%.
Length of service: After 3 years you get an extra day of annual leave, 2 extra days at 4 years and 3 extra days at 5 years (and 5+ years). After 5 years a 2-month sabbatical, first month paid, 2nd month unpaid is available.
