Responsibilities
- Own strategic talent sourcing and attraction: Support evolution of the specific employee value proposition (EVP) and messaging for key talent segments, aligned to overall BCG EVP as employer of choice in close collaboration with the BCG X Leadership team and People Team; Develop sourcing strategies for key talent pools, strategic roles and specific scarce skill areas identified by the business; Include diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda as a core element of the sourcing strategy.
- Lead talent planning, pipelining and global delivery: Work closely with regional leadership, global chapter leaders, X Delivery leadership team, and product teams to develop a deep understanding of the business, understand the strategic priorities and the current and future talent required; Provide crucial talent market intelligence information to key stakeholders, e.g. compensation benchmarks, relevant talent pools, insights on competitors; Develop talent plan jointly with business and people team; Translate business needs into target profiles based on required technical skills as well as ability to perform in the specific businesses and roles; Manage, develop, and lead high performing team to deliver key hiring objectives and metrics of time to fill, source mix, conversion ratio, diversity pipeline and quality of hire.
- Drive excellence across BCG X Talent Acquisition: Drive the expansion and acceleration of our nearâshore and offâshore engineering teams to support the overall business strategy of BCG X; Establish coordination of recruiting efforts and channels across cohorts, keeping a deâaveraged view on required profiles for the different chapters and businesses; Digitally enable Talent Acquisition function in BCG X e.g., fully embracing Recruiting Analytics and cuttingâedge Sourcing tools.
- Integrate with BCG Talent Acquisition and support continuous improvement and change model: Partner and work with our Global Recruiting Teams in BCG to build a cohesive operating model and synergies that support Talent Acquisition for BCG X while partnering and sharing best practices regionally and globally e.g., Branding, Marketing, Recruiting Analytics; Establish and strengthen networks with regional and local recruiting communities in BCG in order to ensure a common goâtoâmarket and to leverage the full scale of BCG's Talent Acquisition function; Participate in key leadership forums in BCG Recruiting, such as the Recruiting Strategic Leadership Team and the Recruiting Functional Council; Lead the innovation and transformation agenda for Talent Acquisition for BCG X; Build out Recruiting Marketing & Branding agenda for BCG X globally.

- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or alternatively 10+ years of consulting or HR experience in the Tech and Analytics/AI space.
- Preferred candidate will have deep understanding of Data Scientist, Product, Design, and/or Engineering profiles as well as the competitive market landscape.
- Understanding and experience with sourcing, talent processes, talent assessment, and metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage resources and workload in a complex and fastâpaced environment.
