Within the Group lie Multiplayer Wizards, whose responsibility is to help game studios launch and run their games seamlessly. Multiplayer Wizards are in search of a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team permanently, working on some specific game migration work. Are you a highly productive Senior DevOps Engineer, looking to use your wealth of games industry knowledge and your technical DevOps skills to help keep games online and running, whatever challenges are thrown at you? In this role, you will use your skills to help educate others in the team and act as an escalation point for head-scratching problems. Incidents are no problem, and you are happy to pick up and run with an outage, working with internal teams and the customer to keep the game infrastructure online. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnosing and performing root cause analysis on customer infrastructure, including in incident scenarios Proactively identify and raise methods of improving team efficiency and procedures to improve the support to the customer Assisting with escalated issues and navigating scenarios across multiple teams Writing clean, scalable, and performant scripts
