As a Revit / BIM Technician, you will play a key role in the production and coordination of MEP building services models and drawings. Working as part of an established design team, you will support the delivery of major projects by developing accurate, coordinated BIM models and technical documentation across multiple project stages. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with at least two years’ experience in an MEP Revit role to develop their career within a stable, well-respected consultancy delivering landmark schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and develop coordinated MEP Revit models in line with project and BIM standards.
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and schematics for mechanical and electrical services.
- Work closely with engineers and other disciplines to ensure clash-free, integrated design solutions.
- Assist with model coordination, data management, and BIM documentation in accordance with project requirements.
- Update and revise models and drawings throughout design stages, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in design team meetings and contribute to technical coordination discussions.
- Support the implementation of BIM protocols, standards, and best practice within the team.
- Maintain clear file structures, model data, and drawing registers in line with company procedures.
- Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience.
- Office based in Warrington, working with an experienced and collaborative MEP team.
