We are recruiting a senior structural Revit technician for a well-established and growing boutique civil structural consultancy in Manchester, known for its great history and reputation in working on a variety of building structures projects. About You and the Role:
- You will have 5+ years of structural technician experience.
- Develop and produce detailed 3D structural models and 2D drawings using Revit.
- Be a senior member of the team and mentor more junior technicians.
- Collaborate with structural engineers and other team members to ensure designs are integrated and meet project specifications.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of Revit families for structural elements (beams, columns, foundations, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with structural design standards, local building codes, and project requirements.
