We are working with a leading consultancy who, due to a significant pipeline of secured work, are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.
What You will Be Doing:
- Delivering detailed mechanical building services designs across a range of sectors including Residential, Student Accommodation, Data Centres, and Commercial developments.
- Working on projects from early concept (RIBA Stage 1) through to delivery (Stage 5).
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery is on time and to specification.
- Attending occasional site or office visits (approx. once a week).
- Using Revit to produce and coordinate designs – experience essential.
What You will Need:
- Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer within the building services sector.
- Strong technical knowledge across mechanical services design.
- Ability to manage your own workload and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard software.
