Are you a passionate Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with 5β7 years of experience in the Building Services industry? We are looking for someone who thrives across all RIBA Stages 1β7 , from concept design right through to project delivery β including attending site when required.
You will be working on healthcare projects primarily, but also across education, residential, and commercial sectors, offering you a variety of technical challenges and opportunities for growth.
What You will Be Doing:
- Leading mechanical design across multiple sectors
- Taking full project ownership from concept through to completion
- Creating and reviewing detailed design work
- Attending client and site meetings as needed
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the business
What We are Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in mechanical design engineering (building services)
- Experience working on projects through RIBA Stages 1β7
- Confident in running your own projects
- Comfortable attending site visits and managing delivery
- Ideally based near Manchester , with flexibility for hybrid working
