Code Resources is a boutique established recruitment consultancy in the engineering sector, recruiting civil and structural engineers into design engineering consultancies in the North West and Midlands area. We are well respected with strong client relationships built up over 15 years and trusted by candidates and clients alike.

As a recruitment consultant with Code Resources, what we are looking for
- Previous experience within recruitment, ideally in a technical/engineering/construction capacity, in a resourcing or consultant role
- The role involves connecting and building relationships with candidates in the Midlands region, understanding their motivations and career aspirations, helping them find their next move, and managing the recruitment process
- You should be confident in communication, good at building long-term relationships with candidates, and able to identify candidates interested in a move now or in the future
- While experience within technical/engineering/construction recruitment is ideal, we will consider candidates with a sales background who are good communicators and seeking to develop a career in recruitment
Code Resources is a friendly, collaborative agency that supports its staff. You should have a positive attitude and will receive all the support you need. The role is based at our Stockport office with a hybrid working policy allowing 2-3 days remote work per week.
