You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and education sectors — from early feasibility right through to fully coordinated, installation-ready design (RIBA Stages 0–5). - Lead small, multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to project delivery from concept to completion
- Attend and influence project, client, and design team meetings
- Undertake feasibility studies, site surveys, and technical reports
- Produce electrical load calculations and apply for utility connections
- Deliver detailed designs for electrical systems, including reviews of subcontractor drawings and submissions

- Confidently interpret British Standards, Building Regulations, and industry guides
What we are looking for:
- Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent)
- Strong technical skills and experience in relevant design software (e.g. Amtech, Dialux, Revit)
- Familiar with British Standards, building regulations, and best practices
- A proactive, organised mindset with excellent time management
- Proven team player with the confidence to lead and operate independently
- Membership of a professional body (CIBSE or IET) – desirable

- 40-hour work week with flexibility where needed
- 33 days annual leave (25 days + 8 bank holidays)
- Company pension contribution
