As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will lead project delivery, oversee high-quality electrical design outputs, and act as a key technical specialist within a fully integrated M&E environment. Working closely with both mechanical and electrical designers, you will ensure full cross-disciplinary coordination while driving technical excellence across all project stages — particularly within premium hospitality and hotel projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical design delivery from concept through to detailed design, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client expectations.
- Conduct and oversee site surveys, providing expert assessments and guiding junior team members in data collection and analysis.
- Produce and review design models, drawings, schematics, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Carry out quality checks on electrical deliverables, ensuring consistency, technical integrity, and alignment with project requirements.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of technical contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring seamless integration between mechanical and electrical systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert within cross-functional teams, advising on best practice, design strategy, and system coordination.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, offering guidance on design methodologies, standards, and professional development.
