Key Responsibilities:- Produce and develop coordinated 3D MEP models using Revit
- Work closely with engineers to deliver detailed design drawings
- Assist with clash detection and model coordination across disciplines
- Maintain BIM standards and project documentation
- Support project delivery from concept through to construction
- Experience using Revit within a building services / MEP environment (3y min)
- Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Salary circa £40,000 – £45,000 (flexible depending on experience)
