We are pleased to be partnering with a well-established and growing civil structural engineering consultancy to recruit a senior civil engineer offering the opportunity to contribute in the design of a variety of civil schemes and the infrastructure elements of structural schemes across sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, and health.
As a Civil Design Engineer, you will join an established team working in modern offices (with hybrid working) offering an above-average remuneration package and good opportunity for training and progression (and to gain chartership should you so wish).

About you and the role:
- 5+ years civil design experience
- Work closely with the structural engineering team and will be responsible for the design of highway and drainage schemes for a range of large and prestigious commercial, industrial, retail, and healthcare developments
- Experience in road (Section 38 and Section 278) and drainage (Section 106, 104, and 184) design
- Good working knowledge of software such as Civil 3D, Causeway flow, PDS, and infodrainage
- Experience in preparing Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Drainage Strategy reports, with the ability to undertake all work independently and manage projects through to completion
- Excellent support and mentorship from chartered engineers and structured progression opportunity
