Northgate Application Lead

Northgate Application Lead £50,000 London | Permanent

This role is responsible for the provision of application support services, directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. You will be responsible for managing and leading the daily activities and performance and development of a team of Application Analysts. Ensuring that requests and incidents are responded to within SLA and customers are given excellent customer service.

Skill And Knowledge

• Coordinating Application Upgrades liaising with Business Users and Software suppliers, leading UAT,
• Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving system issues and writing test scripts
• Writing SQL queries, leading on system development and implementation of new and emerging functionality.
• Proven experience of supporting line of business applications in complex application support environments are essential
• Working in Digital Transformation within an organisation
• Proven experience of supporting Housing Management systems specifically (Northgate Housing, Civica Universal Housing, keystone)
• An understanding of Business processes and practices relating to Housing Management
• Experience of managing interfaces and system integrations is essential.
• Being a Good communicator with ability to work successfully with key stakeholders including
• senior managers, suppliers, partner organisations and other public services
• Experience of managing & developing a team is essential
