Code Red are working with a fantastic automotive client of ours who are actively seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team of 5 reporting into the IT Manager. This role is a great opportunity if you would like a rewarding career in IT which also provides career progression and training too.
Responsibilities
- Deskside and Help Desk support.
- Working alongside members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues via email, phone, or ticketing system.
- Supporting a small sized user base.
- Upgrading and maintaining the company’s infrastructure / systems.
- Assisting on project tasks.
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Azure AD, PHP, MySQL, Apache, Web hosting service, JavaScript, basic networking
