This is a DV Cleared role and requires clearance in place prior to application. You will be based in Westminster and will operate on shifts 8-4 or 11-7 alternate weeks.

Role activities:

  • Provide senior staff and their personnel with national and international communications, including telephony, conference calls and SMS messaging.
  • Contact senior staff anywhere.
  • Screen and investigate all incoming calls, verifying authenticity via the correct channels.
  • Set up daily national and international conference calls with senior leaders.
  • Monitor and log calls.
  • Liaise with international and associated senior figures to facilitate conference calls.
  • Monitor and report switchboard malfunctions.
  • Perform clerical functions and related work as required.
