About The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Code Institute, you will play a crucial role within our B2B team, tasked with introducing innovative corporate education products designed to address the challenges posed by AI disruption. In this position, you will own and manage a specific geographical territory, strategically focusing on key vertical markets that align with regional skills needs as identified in Local Skills Improvement Plans and other relevant reports. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and sales, concentrating on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships within designated sectors. You will leverage deep market insights and a strategic understanding of regional educational and technological trends to tailor our offerings, ensuring they meet the precise needs of businesses within your territory. This is a remote role in the UK, an ideal candidate would be based in London or Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, understanding their business needs and how our products can meet them.
- Product Demonstration: Lead compelling product demonstrations and articulate the unique value proposition of our solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers within target organisations, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas, tracking and reporting on sales metrics.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand in target markets, leveraging industry trends and customer insights.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, enhancing client success and product penetration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless onboarding and product delivery.
Qualifications, Skills Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an Enterprise environment, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise clients.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for seeking new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
