Code First Girls is seeking experienced Java developers to provide technical 1:1 coaching for Software Engineers working with our partner companies. This is a freelance role, designed to support graduates and/ or employees professional growth over a six-month programme while helping CFG address the gender imbalance in tech. Commitment : One or more hours per week from Jan ‘26 - July ‘26 (dependent on demand) Remuneration : £60 per coaching session delivered (inclusive of any prep and follow-up work) Role Type : Remote, freelance working Technical Coaching Programme Outline Our coaching programme provides on-the-job support to Software Engineers, helping them to build skills, confidence, and supporting their career growth. .
