Code First Girls is seeking experienced Java developers to provide technical 1:1 coaching for Software Engineers working with our partner companies. This is a freelance role, designed to support graduates and/or employees' professional growth over a six-month programme while helping CFG address the gender imbalance in tech.
Commitment: One or more hours per week from Jan ‘26 - July ‘26 (dependent on demand)
Remuneration: £60 per coaching session delivered (inclusive of any prep and follow-up work)

Our coaching programme provides on-the-job support to Software Engineers, helping them to build skills, confidence, and supporting their career growth.
