Counter Terrorist Police are partnering with Code First Girls to give more women the chance to upskill into a mid-level tech role!
The Role
In this role you’ll design, develop and improve software that provides business, platform and technology capabilities. You’ll deliver high-quality, scalable and secure solutions using industry-aligned languages and frameworks, while collaborating with product managers, designers and engineers to meet business objectives. You’ll also contribute to code reviews, apply secure coding practices and stay informed on industry trends and innovations.
SKILLS YOU'LL DEVELOP
- T-Shaped Skill Set: become the go-to person for your technical specialism in addition to building on your collaborative skills to understand and empathise with other tech roles and stakeholders
- Technical Leadership: you'll develop your technical professional skills across mentoring, teamwork, stakeholder communication, and technical decision-making to put you on the pathway to senior individual contributor or technical management roles.
