Responsibilities:

  • Lead operation of critical, multi-disciplinary Enterprise AI Governance processes, driving streamlined decision-making, reduced cycle times, and consistent, controlled execution across governance domains.
  • Support the ongoing strategic transformation of Enterprise AI Governance through control standardisation and automation to improve speed, consistency, and control.
  • Develop into a subject-matter expert on AI Governance, advising senior leadership and key stakeholders on risks, safeguards, and strategic implications, while providing transparent progress reporting.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of operating complex, multi-stakeholder processes at scale within a global financial institution, ideally incorporating governance, compliance and/or regulatory-focused components.
  • Evidence of leading successful optimisation/re-engineering of operational processes through data-driven, analytical approaches.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable interest and awareness in the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to transform Financial Services, with clear desire to rapidly upskill in this domain.
