We are a specialist IT recruitment agency based in Greater London, focused on expanding our dynamic, fast-growing team. With a strong emphasis on the European markets, we’re eager to share our success with driven, likeminded individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

As one of the few licenced recruitment agencies operating across Europe, you will be joining an established brand with a roster of existing clients ready for outreach. Unlike many agencies, you will receive personal 1-1 training from recruiters who will guide you through the role step by step to ensure you are reaching your potential.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in identifying top candidates, building relationships, and partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs. From sourcing to placement, every day will bring new challenges and rewarding wins. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and are motivated by success, this is the role for you!

Competitive salary + uncapped commission. Consider joining our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, where you'll be part of a supportive and driven group. We offer a straightforward, generous commission scheme designed to help you achieve your maximum earning potential.

We welcome applications from individuals with various backgrounds and those confident in their ability to thrive in a sales role if given the chance!
