We're partnering with an innovative technology company that's building the next generation of software platforms used within highly regulated, engineering-led industries.
This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering team where you'll be working on greenfield projects , helping to design and build brand-new products and features from the ground up. Rather than maintaining legacy applications, you'll play a key role in shaping the architecture, technology choices and future direction of the platform.
If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, writing high-quality code and having genuine influence over engineering decisions, this is a role where your work will have a direct impact.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop modern applications using C# and . NET
- Build new products and greenfield features from concept through to production
- Develop desktop, backend and systems-level software
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Architects, Product and QA teams
- Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices
- Improve testing, CI/CD and software quality across the platform
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture
- Evaluate and adopt modern development tools, including AI-assisted engineering where appropriate
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience
- Strong commercial experie nce with C# and . NET
- Experience developing desktop and/or systems applications
- Experience building automated integration and end-to-end testing
Experience with WPF, Win UI or other XAML-based UI frameworks
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools
- Right to work in the UK
- Nice to Have
- Modern C++Azure Io T or industrial communication protocols
- Experience working within engineering, manufacturing or other highly regulated environments
