Role

As an Accommodation Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of your assigned building, ensuring smooth processes and an outstanding guest experience. You’ll lead a team, manage resources, and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Leadership — Drive exceptional service standards and ensure every guest enjoys a positive experience.
  • Team Management & Training — Recruit, train, and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Operational Oversight — Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Reservation & Payment Management — Oversee bookings and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Guest Relations — Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly, always seeking opportunities to enhance satisfaction.
  • Budget & Cost Control — Monitor budgets, optimize operations, and ensure all reservations are prepaid and settled.
  • Stock & Inventory Management — Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies to meet operational needs.
  • Building Setup & Breakdown — Coordinate the preparation and dismantling of accommodation spaces for arrivals and departures.
  • Health & Safety Compliance — Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff, adhering to all regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire your team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident communicator at all levels—guests, staff, contractors, and senior management.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software and booking systems.
  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship).
