Code Hostel – The Court is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join Johns Coffee House & Tavern, within a luxury capsule hotel on the Royal Mile. You’ll support kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver quality food and a welcoming environment for guests.

The role is full time (40 hours per week) with shifts from 6am–2:30pm or 3pm–11:30pm; training will be provided for those new to hospitality. A positive, reliable team player attitude is essential.
