About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join us on an 8-month maternity leave cover. You’ll step into an established lending product area and take clear end-to-end ownership, from discovery through to delivery - working closely with our Engineering and Commercial teams. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly build context, make sound decisions, and keep momentum high in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Lead a dedicated engineering squad and drive both strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Shape and maintain the product backlog, making smart prioritisation trade-offs.
- Translate complex problems into clear requirements and shipped outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.
- Ground decisions in customer needs, data, and business impact.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering B2B software products end-to-end.
- Background in a startup or scale-up environment where autonomy, pace, and ownership matter.
- Comfortable working with agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Experience owning a product area independently and driving it through execution.
Domain Knowledge (nice To Have, Not All Required)
- Fintech experience (particularly in lending or payments).
- Exposure to accounting concepts or financial data.
- Experience working with data-heavy or platform products.
