Codas Consulting Ltd is a fast-growing, client-focused firm that specialises in Business Transformations across multiple sectors. Our work spans strategic transformation, operational improvement, financial performance, digital enablement, and commercial growth.
As part of our expansion, we are building a network of independent Business Management Consultants to work with us as Associate Consultants on client engagements. This is not an employed role; we are seeking self-employed professionals who operate independently and wish to collaborate on a project-by-project basis.

Role Overview
We are seeking both experienced and emerging independent consultants with strong commercial acumen and hands-on industry experience. Associates will join our team of experts on client engagements in their area(s) of expertise, working collaboratively to diagnose complex business challenges and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
We are looking for specialist knowledge in one or more of the following consulting domains:
- Management Consulting
- Operations & Manufacturing (Production) Consulting: Improve operational efficiency, productivity and quality outcomes. Production planning, Quality management systems, Continuous improvement initiatives, Capacity planning, Maintenance Programs, S&OP programs
- Supply Chain Consulting
- IT & Digital Transformation
- Human Resources (HR) Consulting
- Health & Safety Consulting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support client engagements within your specialist area
- Support the client on their journey of change
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Collaborate with other associate consultants across disciplines
- Ensure measurable client impact and value realisation
- Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and independence at all times
