  • Setting clear goals and KPIs for the Purchasing team and supporting their development and performance.
  • Using data and metrics to control and improve purchasing effectiveness and supply chain responsiveness.
  • Supporting the successful delivery of New Product Introductions and customer delivery projects.

About You: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing and accessories procurement, with demonstrable success leading purchasing teams and supplier negotiations. You should be commercially astute, technically knowledgeable, and experienced in navigating supply chain complexities in a production environment. We’re particularly interested in candidates with:

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of Contract Law relevant to procurement and supplier agreements.
  • Experience working with turnkey subcontract manufacturers and electronics component suppliers.

This role requires flexibility, including occasional travel to suppliers both within the UK and internationally, as well as a willingness to work outside of standard business hours when necessary. Candidates must also be eligible to undergo UK Security Clearance.
