About The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with a global team, this role plays a key part in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent across the UK, North America and international markets. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will contribute to building strong talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting broader employer branding initiatives to position Codan as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and regions
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and direct search
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Conduct reference checks and background screening processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within SuccessFactors
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
- Stay current with recruitment trends and best practice
About You
You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practice. You bring the ability to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles, while partnering effectively with stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes aligned to business needs. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are confident influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels. You are highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You bring strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a solutions-focused mindset. Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, will be highly regarded.
DTC- Codan supports flexible working arrangements; however, due to the collaborative and high-touch nature of this role, it will be predominantly site-based at our Whiteley facility, with occasional flexibility to work from home as agreed.
