About The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is key in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Partnering with stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent across the UK, North America, and international markets
- Building strong talent pipelines and enhancing candidate experience
- Supporting broader employer branding initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and regions
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct search
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screening processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within SuccessFactors
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
- Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices
About You
You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong understanding of recruitment processes. Key attributes include:
- Ability to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
