We are looking for our UK Anchor, the person who will serve as the heartbeat of our UK team. This is a unique, dual-impact role where you will be the face of our Lincoln office, creating an environment where people love to work, while simultaneously taking on a global role in how we develop talent and manage performance.
You will be the bridge between our global strategy and our local reality, ensuring that while we think globally, our UK team feels supported, challenged, and celebrated every single day.
The Core Pillars of Your Role- Office Stewardship: Ensure the Lincoln office remains a vibrant, high-utility environment.
- Culture Architect: Plan and execute local culture activities, team-building events, and surprise and delight moments that keep the UK team connected and engaged.
- Internal Communications: Coordinate UK-specific internal communications, ensuring the Lincoln team is always in the loop and aligned with our global mission.
- Performance Cycles Lattice Power-User: Lead the end-to-end execution of our annual and mid-year review cycles, ensuring they are high-impact and low-friction.
- UK Compliance: Act as the resident expert on UK employment law and local customs, ensuring our Lincoln office is a best-in-class, compliant workplace.
- Operational Analysis: Analyze local operational processes and workflows to identify areas for increased efficiency.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Orchestrate the full employee journey from "Hello" to "Goodbye," managing high-touch onboarding that integrates new hires into the Lincoln culture and conducting compliant, empathetic offboarding.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the UK office budget and local vendor relationships with a keen eye for detail.
- Project & Change Management: Lead local change initiatives, helping the team navigate new processes or organizational shifts with ease.
- Facilities & Safety: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything from tech to snacks is running smoothly.
- Payroll & Compensation Lead: Manage the end-to-end monthly UK payroll process, including the precision-tracking of PTO, compensation adjustments, and statutory benefits.
- Finance Point of Contact: Serve as the UK liaison for the global accounting team, taking ownership of QuickBooks reconciliation and delivering monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure local operational liquidity.
- HR Expert: You know the local HR laws and benefits to create a best place to work.
- Collaborative: You thrive on working across time zones and departments to get things done.
- Comfortable Driving Change: You don’t just follow processes; you improve them and lead the team through the transition.
- Intuitive: You can read the energy of the office and know exactly when the team needs a boost.
- Metrics-Driven: You love using data to prove that our people’s strategies are working and how we make decisions.
- Experience: 3 to 10 years in People Operations, Employee Experience, or HR with a heavy Performance Management focus.
- Education: Degree-level education.
- Technical Skills: You are a Power-User of software; experience with Bamboo HR, Greenhouse and Lattice are a major advantage.
- Presence: This is a Hybrid role based in Lincoln Office. You are the Anchor, so being present for the team is essential.
