Our client is a leading European UCaaS service provider. We are looking for a bid and commercial manager. The Bid & Commercial Manager will lead and own the end-to-end bid, commercial, and contractual lifecycle for strategic opportunities with Tier 1 Communications Service Providers (CSPs). This role is critical in shaping commercially robust, competitive, and compliant propositions that support the companies product/solution portfolio.
Essential
- Proven experience in bid management, commercial management, or deal structuring within telecoms or UCaaS or CCaaS.
- Demonstrable experience selling to Tier 1 Communications Service Providers with complex procurement and governance environments, including professional services.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin analysis, and financial modelling.
- Experience managing complex RFPs and multi-stakeholder bid teams.
- Strong negotiation skills with procurement, legal, and senior customer stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex commercial concepts clearly.
Desirable
- Experience with SaaS, platform-based, or recurring revenue business models.
- Familiarity with regulatory, security, and compliance considerations common to Tier 1 CSPs.
- Exposure to international or multi-country commercial agreements.
