We are currently seeking a second line Technical Support Engineer to work on a permanent basis for a global and reputable commercial retail brand based in Central London (onsite full time 5 days pw).
Responsibilities
- Provide second line technical support for O365, Exchange, Citrix, and Active Directory environments.
- Deal with a range of stakeholders by phone or desk side.
- Visit different London-based offices as required; role will be based onsite full time.
- Support a global brand environment with a structured career path and associated benefits.
Qualifications
- O365 advanced Exchange and O365 Support experience.
- Citrix knowledge.
- Active Directory Administration.
- Ideally some knowledge of networking - Patching, racks etc.
- Ideally some 3rd line experience (not essential).
- ITIL v4 required.
- Used to dealing with a range of (and including) senior stakeholders by phone or desk side.
- May be required to visit different London-based offices - therefore this role will be based onsite full time.
