Global Organisation | 6 Months | Remote with occasional office visits: We are seeking an experienced IT Vendor Management Consultant to design and implement a best practice IT Vendor Management Framework for a global real estate organisation. This engagement will begin with a rapid discovery phase and progress through framework design and practical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IT vendor management maturity assessment;
- Structure the RFP/RFI processes;
- Design, implement and get to stabilisation for the IT Vendor Management framework;
- Define governance, vendor segmentation, KPIs, and processes for vendor selection, onboarding and off boarding;
- Establish SLA, risk, financial and performance management controls;
- Develop templates, playbooks, and reporting dashboards;
- Support implementation and stakeholder enablement.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in IT vendor management, IT service management, or technology governance;
- Proven experience designing and implementing IT vendor management frameworks in global organisations;
- Contract and SLA management;
- IT outsourcing models;
- Risk and compliance integration;
- Demonstrated experience with large strategic IT vendors (e.g., IT services, infrastructure);
- ITIL / Service Management;
- Experience in less regulated industries (e.g. real estate, leisure, manufacturing, retail);
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, GDPR, or equivalent frameworks;
- Procurement or commercial negotiation experience.
