Our client is a leading European UCaaS service provider. We are looking for a bid and commercial manager. The Bid & Commercial Manager will lead and own the end-to-end bid, commercial, and contractual lifecycle for strategic opportunities with Tier 1 Communications Service Providers (CSPs). This role is critical in shaping commercially robust, competitive, and compliant propositions that support the companies product/solution portfolio.

Essential

  • Proven experience in bid management, commercial management, or deal structuring within telecoms or UCaaS or CCaaS.
  • Demonstrable experience selling to Tier 1 Communications Service Providers with complex procurement and governance environments, including professional services.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin analysis, and financial modelling.
  • Experience managing complex RFPs and multi-stakeholder bid teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills with procurement, legal, and senior customer stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex commercial concepts clearly.

Desirable

  • Experience with SaaS, platform-based, or recurring revenue business models.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, security, and compliance considerations common to Tier 1 CSPs.
  • Exposure to international or multi-country commercial agreements.
  • Professional qualifications in commercial management, finance, or contract management.
