Lead day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

Manage and develop teams of 8-12 operators across multiple production bays, driving safety, efficiency, training, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee manufacturing and packaging activities across 4-6 production bays.
