We are currently recruiting a Front of House Supervisor for our restaurant in Ealing Broadway.
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who can confidently oversee the front‑of‑house floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and lead our FOH team by example. Previous experience in the same or a similar supervisory position is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the smooth running of the front of house floor
- Ensuring exceptional guest experience at all times
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the FOH team
- Managing daily service standards and operational procedures
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting rota planning and shift organisation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor (or similar leadership role) in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
- Good organisational and problem‑solving skills
