What you’ll actually be doing
You’ll join a small, collaborative development team where your input genuinely matters. This isn’t a “sit in a corner and code” role – you’ll be involved in shaping how things are built.
- Designing, developing and maintaining business applications and integrations
- Building connections between VoIP platforms (including 8x8), CRM systems and third‑party applications
- Developing APIs and backend services to meet customer requirements
- Troubleshooting, debugging and optimising existing applications
- Working closely with internal teams to understand business needs and technical requirements
- Contributing ideas to improve products, processes and overall user experience
What we’re looking for

- Commercial experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer
- Experience building APIs, integrations or business applications
- Exposure to CRM platforms
- Understanding of VoIP, telecoms or unified communications technologies

- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
