Working pattern & location:

  • Field-based role
  • London-based with regular travel to client sites across London and surrounding areas
  • You’ll spend the majority of your time on-site with customers

What you’ll actually be doing:

  • Installing, configuring and commissioning CCTV systems at customer sites
  • Carrying out fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on existing equipment
  • Performing routine maintenance visits to keep systems running effectively
  • Working with a range of IP and analogue CCTV systems (cameras, NVRs, network equipment)
  • Liaising directly with clients on-site, providing clear updates and professional service
  • Ensuring all work meets compliance, health & safety and industry standards
  • Supporting system upgrades and expansions where required
  • Maintaining accurate service reports and installation documentation
  • Collaborating with internal sales and technical teams where needed

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll be someone who’s confident working independently but still values being part of a supportive team.
  • Ideally, you have experience as a CCTV Engineer, Security Engineer or similar field-based role
  • Have strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP and analogue)
  • Understand networking fundamentals (IP addressing, connectivity etc.)
  • Are comfortable working independently on client sites
  • Have strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel regularly
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Nice to have (not essential):

  • Experience in telecoms, IT or managed services
  • Knowledge of access control or alarm systems
  • Relevant certifications or industry training
