The Role
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role working closely with our Social Media & Community Manager as well as our Digital Marketing Managers and Creative Director. You'll be at the heart of our day‐to‐day social activity - engaging with our audience, supporting content execution, and helping bring campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Support
- Assist the Social Media & Community Manager with day‐to‐day tasks across both Coconut Lane and Cocopup
- Schedule social media content for Cocopup & Coconut Lane across all platforms
- Support with content planning and campaign execution
- Community Management
- Manage DMs across both brands - ensuring all customers receive timely, friendly and on‐brand responses
- Engage with tagged photos, comments and our wider community
- Help build strong relationships with our audience and maintain a positive brand experience
- Influencer & Community Partnerships
- Work closely with influencers, brand reps and our wider community
- Assist with organising product gifting and paid collaborations
- Help coordinate brand collaborations and social giveaways
- Content & Photoshoots
- Assist in organising photoshoots, including product prep and logistics
- Support weekly content creation days and campaign shoots where needed
- Website & Product Launch Support
- Assist with updating the website ahead of new launches
- Upload and organise product imagery across product pages
- Support with building and updating product pages (including imagery, basic copy and layout)
- Ensure all product pages are visually aligned and launch‐ready
- Events
- Assist with events, including dog festivals and brand activations
- Help organise goody bags and event materials
- Represent the brand and engage with customers in person
About You
- Passionate about social media, content and community building
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Social Media role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, proactive and confident communicating with customers and influencers
- A team player who thrives in a fast‐paced environment
- Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok and current social trends
- Confident in front of the camera
- A genuine love for dogs is a big plus
