We are looking for a highly organised, commercially driven Wholesale Manager to take ownership of this channel - managing key accounts, driving growth, and ensuring seamless operations end-to-end, while also leading and developing a junior team member.

The Role: This is a hands-on role combining account management, operations, team management, and business development. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing wholesale partners, while actively growing the channel through new retail opportunities. You will also manage and support one direct report who assists with wholesale administration and logistics, ensuring they are effectively prioritised, developed, and contributing to the overall success of the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Growth
  • Manage key wholesale accounts with regular (weekly) check-ins
  • Provide proactive product recommendations and new stock suggestions
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with retail partners
  • Run promotions across wholesale platforms to drive sell-through
  • Ensure partners are optimising product mix and performance
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Research and identify new retail partners (UK & international)
    • Pitch Cocopup & Coconut Lane to larger retailers for new opportunities
    • Support onboarding of new accounts, including completing new line forms and supplier documentation
  • Wholesale Operations:
    • Manage large-scale wholesale orders from placement through to fulfilment
    • Oversee packing, logistics, and delivery timelines
    • Delegate and oversee administrative and logistics tasks through your direct report
    • Liaise with UK and overseas partners regarding shipping and delivery
    • Add SKUs to EAS for international shipping compliance
  • Retailer Requirements & Brand Support:
    • Collate and supply product photography and marketing assets to retailers
    • Manage retailer-specific requirements
    • Ensure both brands are represented consistently and accurately across all partners
  • Stock Coordination:
    • Liaise with stock team on availability, issues, and delivery timelines
    • Monitor stock levels and communicate with internal teams to support forecasting
    • Coordinate FOB deliveries and supplier updates
  • Systems & Optimisation:
    • Keep a close eye on B2B Website (Shopify) updates and maximise its usage across wholesale
    • Maintain accurate data and processes across wholesale systems
    • Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and scalability within the wholesale function
  • Team Management:
    • Manage, support, and develop one direct report responsible for wholesale admin and logistics
    • Provide clear direction, prioritisation, and feedback to ensure high performance
    • Create structure and processes to enable the team to operate efficiently as the channel scales

    About You:

    • Proven experience in wholesale, sales, or account management (ideally in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands)
    • Experience managing or mentoring team members, with the ability to lead and develop others
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to growth
    • Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships internally and externally
    • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Hands-on and solutions-focused

    Bonus (but not essential):

    • Experience with international wholesale and logistics
    • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify and Sparklayer
    • Experience working with large retail accounts

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Strong relationships with key wholesale partners
    • Growth in wholesale revenue across both brands
    • Smooth and efficient order and logistics processes
    • Successful onboarding of new retail partners
    • Well-managed stock flow and forecasting support
    • A high-performing, well-supported junior team member

    Why Join Us?

    • Be part of two fast-growing, creative brands
    • High ownership and real impact in your role
    • Opportunity to scale an exciting global wholesale channel
    • Collaborative, entrepreneurial team
