About CoComply

CoComply is building AI-Native Services Governance — the control layer that brings services spend under management at major corporations, typically with 500–5,000 employees. Services spend — consultants, contractors, agencies, SOW suppliers — is the second-largest line on the corporate P&L and the least well-governed. It falls between HR, Procurement, Legal and Finance, owned by no function and reflected by no system end-to-end. Global worker classification rules have made the gap expensive, and in the UK, HMRC has shown it will collect. CoComply is the control layer that fixes this. We closed our venture round in April 2026, have real revenue traction with recognisable enterprise names in the pipeline, and are building for a multi-billion pound global market.

The Opportunity

We are hiring one of our first two Founding SDRs to build the outbound engine, reporting directly to the Sales Director and working in close partnership with our Account Executive. You'll join a business where sales has, to date, been carried by the founding team — this is your chance to shape how CoComply prospects, qualifies, and books meetings from day one, not inherit a playbook that's already set. This is a foundational hire for someone who wants a fast, visible route into a full 360 sales role. For the right performer, this role is the natural first step toward a Business Development Manager or Account Executive seat as the team scales.

What You Will Own

  • Own and hit a personal outbound activity and qualified-meeting quota, set and reviewed with the Sales Director
  • Prospect into target accounts across Procurement, Tax, Finance, HR and Legal functions at large UK employers, refining sequences and messaging with the Sales Director and AE
  • Run first-touch conversations that set the tone for the sales cycle, then qualify opportunities with genuine needs analysis before handing off to the AE
  • Join discovery calls run by the Sales Director and AE as a learning opportunity, building toward your own full-cycle deals over time
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene (HubSpot) on every touch — CoComply runs lean, and clean data is a team asset
  • Help build the outbound playbook in partnership with the Sales Director and AE, feeding real prospect language and objections back into messaging and ICP refinement

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role, or a demonstrable reason you'll be excellent at one
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with senior stakeholders in large organisations
  • Disciplined and organised, with genuine diligence about CRM usage
  • Self-starter and coachable, with the confidence to challenge the approach when you've spotted something better
  • Prior SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into Procurement, Tax, Finance, HR or Legal
  • Interest in compliance, RegTech, HR-tech, or workforce management software, or exposure to early-stage, venture-backed environments

Commercial Structure

This is a full-time, permanent role. Base salary £27,500–£30,000 DOE, plus commission, OTE £42,000. Based at Alderley Park, Cheshire, with hybrid working.
