Co Comply is building AI-Native Services Governance, the control layer that brings services spend under management at major corporations, typically with 500-5,000 employees.

Services spend - consultants, contractors, agencies, SOW suppliers - is the second-largest line on the corporate P&L and the least well-governed.

It falls between HR, Procurement, Legal and Finance, owned by no function and reflected by no system end-to-end.

Global worker classification rules have made the gap expensive, and in the UK, HMRC has shown it will collect.

Co Comply is the control layer that fixes this.

We closed our venture round in April 2026, have real revenue traction with recognisable enterprise names in the pipeline, and are building for a multi-billion pound global market.
