Role Description
The Trainee SMT Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Haywards Heath. The role includes assembling, operating, and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment, preparing electronics manufacturing components, and performing quality checks. The technician will also assist in troubleshooting machinery and supporting the production team to meet operational goals. Comprehensive training will be provided to help candidates gain expertise in SMT processes.
Qualifications
