We are a growing chocolate company specialising in beautifully crafted, premium chocolates for gifting. We are stocked in department stores, gift stores, and export to various countries. Our mission is to turn every gift into a memorable experience, from the first click to the final bite.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong management skills and a passion for digital marketing to drive growth and engagement. We’re looking for a strategic, organised, creative, and results-driven Online Manager / Head of eCommerce to oversee our digital presence and day-to-day online operations. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing our e-commerce platforms, improving the customer journey, and ensuring our online store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimise our e-commerce website (products, pricing, content, promotions)
- Work with our online agency to drive growth and engagement
- Oversee online orders, fulfilment workflows, and coordination with operations teams
- Monitor website performance, campaign performance, conversions, and customer behaviour
- Manage digital campaigns in collaboration with marketing (email, promotions, seasonal gifting)
- Maintain organised records of campaign results, budgets, and schedules and foster effective communication within the team and with external partners to ensure alignment on objectives
- Manage a small team, providing leadership, guidance, and training as required
- Help to grow the online team as we expand
- Ensure accurate product listings, inventory updates, and gifting options
- Handle customer inquiries related to online orders and gifting experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve UX, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience managing an e-commerce store or online business
- Strong understanding of online sales funnels, UX, and digital merchandising
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns
- Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective time management
- Skilled in copywriting with an understanding of B2C marketing strategies
- Passion for premium products, gifting, or food brands is a plus
