Job Description

Senior Events Manager

Location: London

Salary: £55,000 + bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager who knows what it takes to deliver exceptional large-scale events.

As a specialist recruiter in the events industry, we’re partnering with one of London’s most iconic events businesses to find someone who can lead and inspire while delivering standout experiences across conferences, exhibitions, summits, awards and more!

This is more than just logistics and floorplans – this role is about becoming the strategic lead for major key events, creating meaningful relationships with clients, and helping shape a world-class events experience. If you’ve delivered complex events at pace, are passionate about outstanding service, and have the commercial instinct to spot opportunities others miss – we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of high-profile events – from planning and operations through to on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation. You’ll be the single point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships and driving repeat business through trust, service, and results.

As part of the senior team, you’ll also help mentor and develop a team of Events Managers, playing a visible and proactive leadership role in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Who We’re Looking For

  • You’ve worked in an events organiser, venue or agency setting, with at least 3 years at a senior or lead level.
  • You’re equally comfortable managing a mix of event types and sizes
  • You’re confident collaborating with a wide variety of clients and stakeholders – from C-suite organisers to international exhibitors and delegates.
  • You have strong commercial awareness and can contribute to revenue growth through up-selling and operational excellence.
  • You can juggle the needs of internal teams, service partners, and client expectations without ever dropping the ball.

You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team in a high-energy environment where no two days are the same. This is a chance to continue your events career within a senior-level role that gives you real responsibility and scope – with a company that genuinely recognises and rewards their people. Expect opportunities to grow, to lead, and to shape what great looks like.

Please apply today to be considered! We look forward to hearing from you.
