This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and hands‑on Production Manager to join a fast‑paced team that combines creativity with technical excellence, producing standout builds and activations from concept through to installation. The Role
As Production Manager, you will play a central role in the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are produced efficiently, safely and to an exceptional standard. You will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers and clients, managing everything from planning and scheduling through to on‑site build and live delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end‑to‑end production of experiential projects, from brief through to installation and de‑rig
- Leading project planning, schedules, resources and production timelines
- Coordinating workshop output and on‑site build teams to ensure delivery meets quality and deadline expectations
- Working closely with fabrication teams, suppliers and contractors to manage builds and technical requirements
- Overseeing logistics, installation planning and on‑site execution
- Managing budgets, costs and production spend, ensuring projects remain commercially controlled
- Ensuring strong health and safety standards across all project delivery
- Acting as a key point of contact across stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth project flow
What We’re Looking For
This role will suit someone who is confident managing complex builds and fast‑moving projects, with strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager (or similar) within experiential, live events, exhibitions or bespoke build environments
- Strong fabrication and build knowledge, including materials, construction methods and workshop processes
- Experience working with technical drawings and translating creative concepts into practical build plans
- Confidence managing suppliers, contractors and internal build teams
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A hands‑on attitude and genuine passion for delivering high‑quality physical experiences
