Responsibilities
The Role:
Reporting into the Client Services Director, you’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth and brand impact. From spotting new business opportunities to leading marketing campaigns that turn heads, this is a hands-on role for someone who loves building relationships, delivering results, and making things happen in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- New Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across events, live experiences, and creative sectors.
- Build strong relationships with clients, event organisers, consultants, and partners.
- Lead bids, pitches, and presentations that win hearts and contracts.
- Keep the sales pipeline thriving with effective CRM management and reporting.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute growth strategy.
Marketing & Brand
- Develop and drive marketing strategies that amplify the company’s brand.
- Manage digital presence: website, social, SEO, email campaigns, and more.
- Own the content calendar – capturing the story behind each project, from workshop to live experience.
- Create marketing collateral, case studies, and project showcases that impress clients and industry peers.
- Coordinate PR, awards submissions, and industry events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Work alongside project teams to showcase project successes.
- Partner with directors to align business development and marketing with company vision.
- Champion the company’s brand internally and externally.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in new business, sales, or client acquisition within events, design, or production industries.
- Strong marketing knowledge with hands-on experience across digital and traditional channels.
- Excellent communicator, presenter, and negotiator.
- Commercially savvy with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Experienced with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
