This is not a passive account management role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on proactive outreach, building pipelines from scratch, and closing high-value media and sponsorship deals across OOH, digital and integrated event platforms.
You’ll step into a business that delivers hundreds of large-scale events annually and attracts millions of visitors, offering a powerful platform for brands to engage audiences in meaningful, high-impact ways. What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver ambitious media revenue and profit targets
- Build and execute commercial strategies across a diverse event portfolio
- Identify high-value opportunities to maximise yield across media inventory
- Proactive New Business Development
- Generate new revenue through outbound prospecting, networking and industry engagement
- Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of media, OOH and sponsorship opportunities
- Target brands and agencies with creative, insight-led proposals
- Account Growth & Retention
- Develop and grow existing client relationships into long-term partnerships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple events and channels
- Deliver best-in-class client experience to drive repeat business
- Brand Representation
- Act as a visible ambassador in the media and events space
- Confidently present and pitch to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Represent the business at industry events and networking forums
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through CRM systems
- Use data and insights to inform strategy and optimise performance
