They represent some of the most clickable globally recognised names and players across interiors, hospitality, luxury travel and finance. Creative ideas are at the heart of everything they do, working with press, influencers, brand partners and beyond to create strategies tailor-made and thoughtfully executed for each individual client.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years as a talent account manager
- Strong tenacious negotiation skills
- Experience working through complex contracts with legal to reach a resolution
- Experience of building Talent / Brand Partnerships services for previous agencies
- A great communicator, able to map out daily opportunities, industry news, building trust and long-term relationships
- A portfolio of previous relationships showcasing generated top-tier opportunities for clients with brand targets (inclusive of brand ambassadorships, event attendance, social media campaigns, etc.) via both paid and earned engagements
- Working with client deliverables and deadlines (casting lists for organic and paid partnerships, creative strategy, seedings, bookings, etc.)
- Experience of ideation of concept ideas that execute a brand’s vision and successfully deliver it to their target audiences and growth targets
- Negotiate contracts and manage fresh and exciting talent that align with brand values
- Deliver accurate budget estimates for paid partnership opportunities
- Demonstrate value of programmes and partnerships and review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results and provide key future learnings to continually optimize CPM, impressions, etc.
- Remain ahead of emerging trends/developments in the Influencer Marketing space to advise clients on new opportunities and emerging strategies, as well as competitors and opportunities relevant to the digital and luxury space
- Identify, connect, and build relationships in the entertainment industry (talent agents, influencers, publicists, managers, stylists, relevant media, etc.)
- Work with the agency’s press teams to generate exposure on talent and their partnerships/work
Ideal Candidate Skills
- You will be dialled in on the most current, culturally important people, events, luxury brands and more – focused on both the UK and US markets
- Possess exceptional industry contacts and relationships in London and New York City (and beyond)
- Proven track record of successfully managing campaigns for clients in a variety of luxury industries
- Excellent working knowledge of social platforms, predominantly Instagram and TikTok as well as emerging platforms
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team (no two days are the same)
- Enthusiasm and motivation to attend industry events
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organisation skills
- A creative, innovative thinker with an open attitude and eagerness to learn new things
