We’re working with a highly respected creative production business that delivers exceptional live experiences for luxury brands, private clients and UHNW audiences across the globe. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and lead the delivery of ambitious technical production and scenic projects from concept through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-end international events, immersive brand activations, private celebrations and bespoke live experiences where creativity, precision and flawless execution are everything.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end, managing all aspects of delivery across technical production, scenic builds, logistics, suppliers, budgets and onsite execution. You’ll work closely with clients, creatives, production teams and subcontractors to deliver complex and visually spectacular experiences globally. Projects will range from luxury brand experiences and large-scale live events through to ultra-high-net-worth private events requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion and premium delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing projects from initial brief through to onsite delivery and reconciliation
  • Leading client communications and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinating technical production and scenic elements across multiple disciplines
  • Managing suppliers, freelancers, fabricators and production partners
  • Overseeing schedules, logistics and critical paths
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to an exceptional standard
  • Supporting onsite delivery both in the UK and internationally

About You

We’re looking for a confident and highly organised Project Manager with strong experience delivering complex live events and production projects. You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments, remain calm under pressure and have a genuine passion for creating outstanding live experiences.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Proven experience within live events, experiential, production or scenic environments
  • Strong knowledge of technical production and scenic delivery
  • Experience managing complex budgets and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to manage projects internationally when required
  • High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
  • Experience working on luxury, premium or UHNW events would be highly advantageous.
